   I think every forex trading site offers you practice account and you can use it for free. I tried forex.com . usually there are no commissions broker makes money from difference between selling and buying prices.

   Usually cheapest forex brokers do not offer any commission for traders and investors. Only forex brokers who require 5k and above to open an account offer commission. See here
